   We use new technology when it helps

   We like trying new tools, and when nothing out there fits, we build our own. But a tool only stays if it makes someone's day easier.

   Our customers' results are our results

   If the people using our products aren't doing better, we haven't done our job. Their earnings, their data and their customers belong to them, and we'll never sell what they share with us.

   Things should just work

   Before we build, we watch how people actually work. Every change gets tested before it reaches them, and we'd rather make something reliable than add another feature.

   We grow with the people around us

   Our customers, partners and team help decide what we do next, and when they write to us, they hear back from a real person. We only add tools, processes or people when the work truly needs them.

   We're honest and responsible in everything we do.

   We only talk about what's real

   We don't promise things that don't exist yet or share numbers we might have to take back. And when we get something wrong, we say so and fix it.
